    Senior Residential HVAC Install Team Leader — New Brunswick, NJ

    Your impact

    • Guide the full lifecycle of residential HVAC installs—scheduling, setup, commissioning, and closeout.
    • Build, repair, and maintain systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
    • Uphold local code compliance and safety protocols throughout each installation.
    • Diagnose performance issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
    • Engage with homeowners, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
    • Develop junior installers and apprentices through hands-on coaching.
    • Capture detailed records for installs, repairs, and service activities.
    • Partner with teammates to hit timelines and quality goals.

    Core capabilities

    • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant HVAC certifications preferred.
    • 3+ years in residential HVAC installation roles.
    • Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
    • Blueprint and technical diagram literacy.
    • Strong diagnostic mindset and precision in execution.
    • Excellent people skills and clear communication.
    • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
    • Works well independently and within a team environment.
    • EPA Universal or EPA Type 2 credential.

    Service area

    Based in New Brunswick, NJ with travel to residential homes throughout the local area.
