We're hiring a full-time Senior HVAC Service Technician in Aurora, IL for $40–$50/hr ($83,200–$104,000/yr), plus commissions, with health coverage 100% paid by the company, a company vehicle, and major tools provided.

What You'll Get:

• $40–$50/hr depending on experience (about $83,200–$104,000/yr)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and boilers
• Seasonal maintenance and tune-ups for our Home Comfort Membership customers
• Explaining issues to homeowners in plain language and giving honest options
• Mentoring younger techs as we grow (if that's something you enjoy)

Who We're Looking For:

You're the tech other techs call when they're stuck. You don't cut corners. You don't oversell. You've got the diagnostic chops to back up your rate. This is a grind-it-out, do-it-right crew, and we protect that culture.

Beyond that:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience (firm)
• EPA 608 Universal certification
• Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Comfortable being customer-facing every day
