THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

  • You have 5+ years of high-ticket, in-home residential sales experience (preferably fencing)

  • You consistently control the sale — discovery, presentation, objection handling, close

  • You are comfortable closing $10k–$30k+ projects without discounting

  • You manage your pipeline like a professional, not a hobbyist

  • You hold yourself accountable without needing oversight

  • You want to build something long-term, not bounce seat to seat

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR:

  • New or developing salespeople

  • Order-takers or price-presenters

  • “Just give me more leads” mentalities

  • Anyone who blames market conditions, pricing, or operations

  • Premium residential fencing (vinyl, wood, aluminum, chain link, custom gates)
