What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
• Provide training, technical guidance, and mentoring to junior technicians
• Work with a supportive team that values your expertise and input
• Help the company continue growing while maintaining our high standards of quality

What You Need

• 8+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• Advanced customer service skills
• Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles
• EPA Universal Certification (required)

Nice-to-Haves

• NATE certification
• HVAC trade school certificate
• Experience with ServiceTitan
• Light commercial unit experience
