Lead Luxury Residential Projects

Lead all on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects throughout New Hampshire. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Coordinate project logistics, scheduling, inspections, and day-to-day site operations. Maintain the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Partner closely with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners throughout the construction process. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Provide proactive problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects moving efficiently. The successful applicant will have 5+ years of superintendent experience with a residential builder. Proven background managing luxury custom homes, high-end renovations, or estate projects. Ability to work independently and lead projects with limited day-to-day oversight. Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience maintaining project quality, safety, and schedule performance.
