This Department of War enterprise data and analytics program delivers mission-critical capabilities that enable leaders across the Department to make faster, better-informed decisions using trusted data at scale. Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking an experienced Senior Resource Operations Manager to support the delivery, enhancement, and adoption of enterprise data and analytics products used across multiple DoD organizations.In this role, you will work alongside government partners, engineers, and other industry teammates to translate operational and strategic requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions. You will contribute directly to product planning, execution, and continuous improvement-helping ensure capabilities are delivered efficiently, aligned to mission priorities, and positioned for sustained success.This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-visibility, enterprise program at the intersection of data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. Ideal candidates are motivated by mission impact, comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments, and interested in building deep domain expertise while delivering capabilities with real-world national security outcomes.Primary Responsibilities:* Support development and execution of resource planning and allocation strategies across program teams.* Monitor and manage workforce utilization, labor allocations, and capacity planning across multiple functional areas.* Coordinate with program management, PMO, and functional leads to align resources with program priorities and delivery timelines.* Track and report on resource metrics including utilization rates, staffing levels, and capacity forecasts.* Support development of staffing plans and workforce models aligned to program requirements.* Identify resource gaps, risks, and constraints and recommend mitigation strategies.* Support onboarding and offboarding coordination activities to ensure continuity of operations.* Collaborate with finance teams to align resource planning with budget and cost constraints.* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports providing visibility into resource performance and program execution.* Support preparation of inputs for Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and Program Management Reviews (PMRs) .* Ensure alignment of resource planning processes with program policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.* Contribute to continuous improvement of resource management processes, tools, and methodologies.* Participate in SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as needed to support resource alignment.Basic Qualifications:* Active Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related discipline and 8-12 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and 6-10 years of relevant experience.* Experience supporting resource planning, workforce management, or operations management in enterprise environments.* Experience analyzing workforce data, utilization metrics, and capacity planning models.* Experience working with cross-functional teams to align resources with program needs.* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:* Active TS/SCI clearance.* Experience supporting DoD or Federal programs.* Experience working with staffing tools, workforce planning systems, or project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).* Familiarity with financial planning concepts and alignment of resources to budgets.* Experience supporting Agile or SAFe program environments.* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications, or workforce planning certifications).#ADVANAIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
