    $10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment

    This position is responsible for keeping standards and procedures current, reviewing new equipment and supplies, maintaining and advancing the education of the therapists, and assisting the Manager in the annual evaluation of current employees and evaluation of new employees.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State
    • Upon hire: Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
    • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
    • Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
    • Upon hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association
    • 3 years of clinical experience appropriate to the area coordinated
    • Lead therapist experience or supervisory experience

    Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
