Senior Restaurant Supervisor (Direct Hire)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant in Bagdad, AZ. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, developing team members, driving financial performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service, operational excellence, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient, safe, and profitable performance.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff.
  • Create schedules, assign work, and monitor employee performance.
  • Lead by example while fostering a positive, customer-focused work environment.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense management, and labor cost control.
  • Partner with supply chain and vendors to maintain inventory levels and product availability.
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Investigate and resolve guest concerns and service issues promptly.
  • Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 5 years of restaurant, hospitality, or food service management experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of supervisory or lead experience.
  • Previous experience managing restaurant operations and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, labor management, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Schedule

  • Full-time, Direct Hire
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
