Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
Expertise in managing multiple complex projects and agencies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools for rapid ideation, creation, and prototyping with internal and external teams.
Strong creative production skills, including storyboarding, illustrating, and end-to-end budget/timeline management, with experience building technical infrastructure for interactive products and leading high-growth start-up environments.

Join the Pixel Marketing team to shape consumer marketing strategy and experiences for first-party and third-party retail channels. We aspire to transform retail from transactional to desirable by bringing the best of Google to every point in the customer"s journey.
As our Senior Marketing Manager for Pixel Product Demo and Experiences, your core mission is to showcase how transformational our Pixel Portfolio of products (phone, wearables, hearables, and more) can be to consumers in their daily lives through engaging in-store experiences. You will thrive in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with interdisciplinary teams across product, business development, sales, product marketing, and retail operations. Your role demands a flexible, ever-evolving mindset to continuously elevate the product demo customer experience.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $171000 - $248000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for global Pixel product demo experiences across both in-store and online retail channels.
Partner with executive leadership and engineering to define a retail demo goal that incorporates technical requirements and premium brand fundamentals.
Collaborate with creative agencies and software teams to highlight key features like Gemini and Google Photos through innovative experiences.
Oversee the design and delivery of premier reference demos for first-party channels while ensuring scalability for third-party retail partners.
Analyze engaging trends and shopper engagement data to continuously adapt and optimize retail experiences for increased conversion.
