The Senior Revenue Accountant plays a pivotal role within the accounting team, overseeing the monthly close process, reconciling revenue accounts, and streamlining workflows. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical abilities, sharp critical thinking, and a high degree of motivation. This person is expected to be an analytical professional who excels in dynamic and fast-moving settings.Job DutiesExecute month-end close activities, including journal entries, revenue analysis, unbilled receivables, credit card reconciliations, and deferred revenue roll-forwardsCalculate subscription revenue waterfall for revenue amortization and monthly recognitionCoordinate daily incoming payments with OTC for cash management entries and calculate credit card fees, cash in transit, and tax accrualsPartner with Corporate indirect tax teams and external partners for sales tax filings and complianceProvide ongoing guidance to Sales and business operations regarding revenue recognition impactsCollaborate with external auditors and assist with quarterly SOX and internal audit requestsParticipate in financial system migration projects and workflow automation initiatives **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
