Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Revit Designer to build our client firm's first in-house Revit / BIM capability from the ground up. The company is expanding into 3D/BIM to support large-scale industrial redevelopment work, including active adaptive-reuse projects converting legacy industrial facilities into modern infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to build Revit standards, workflows, templates, and best practices from the ground up while supporting large-scale industrial redevelopment and adaptive reuse projects.

- Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:Establish firm-wide Revit templates, family libraries, layer/naming conventions, and modeling standards from scratch
- Convert existing 2D AutoCAD deliverables and point cloud scan data into coordinated Revit models
- Model multi-discipline industrial and structural systems (structural steel, concrete masonry unit, mechanical and electrical equipment, piping) from field verified as-built conditions
- Work directly with senior designers and engineers to translate field-verified geometry and design intent into accurate BIM models
- Support point cloud registration and Revit model development as an added-value deliverable for active projects
- Train and mentor future staff on Revit workflows as the capability matures

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional Revit experience in industrial, structural, or heavy-civil sectors
- Proven success creating Revit standards and templates from scratch
- Experience with point cloud-to-BIM workflows (ReCap/RCP a plus)
- Comfortable working independently and onsite with a small, senior, highly experienced technical team
- Structural / civil background strongly preferred; industrial facility experience a plus
