The Panther Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Digital Test Technician to support advanced electronic systems programs in Hudson, NH. This is a hands-on, senior-level role working in a research, development, and production environment with cutting-edge RF and electronic systems.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced technician who can independently troubleshoot, test, and improve complex systems while supporting engineering teams on high-impact projects.
What You’ll Do
  • Perform advanced RF testing, troubleshooting, and debug of complex electronic systems
  • Support engineering teams in R&D, production, and system development environments
  • Develop and execute test procedures and test plans
  • Analyze test results and recommend design improvements and system enhancements
  • Work with advanced RF test equipment, including:
    • Network analyzers
    • Spectrum analyzers
    • Oscilloscopes
    • Signal generators
  • Modify, build, and evaluate electronic circuits and assemblies
  • Select and evaluate components based on performance requirements and environmental conditions
  • Compile and present technical data to support engineering decisions
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in RF testing, troubleshooting, and debug
  • Strong experience with complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems
  • Ability to develop test procedures and analyze system performance
  • Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and instrumentation
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits and component selection
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple technical priorities
Requirements
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance REQUIRED to start
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Willingness to support occasional off-shift or weekend work
Education
  • Associate’s degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or related field OR equivalent experience / military technical training
