Join a cutting-edge firm spearheading innovation in antenna technologies, serving both defense and commercial/civil space sectors. We excel in domains like tactical radar systems, satellite communications, and expansive space-deployable antenna frameworks. As part of our accomplished team, you will engage with both compact and extensive phased-array radar configurations, and adept satellite communication phased arrays. Our high-tech facilities include a sophisticated 20' × 30' robotic near-field antenna range, facilitating versatile testing of antennas, radomes, and radar elements through advanced automation. We are looking for a seasoned professional ready to advance active electronically steered antenna programs. You'll have the critical task of leading RF system design, simulations, integration, and rigorous testing.

**Primary Duties Include:**
- Conduct comprehensive electromagnetic modeling and simulations with CST or similar platforms.
- Spearhead the design and verification of active RF networks.
- Seamlessly incorporate amplifiers, switches, and phase shifters into PCB structures.
- Calibrate and assess data using Vector Network Analyzers (VNA).
- Oversee far-field and near-field antenna evaluations and process post-test data.
- Craft in-depth technical documents, analytical reviews, and formal presentations.
- Engineer complex multilayer RF PCB transitions and assist in the layout process.
- Lead system-level evaluations for radar and communication infrastructures.
- Mentor peers and guide the engineering team through technical trials.

**Qualifications Include:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a Master's preferred.
- Proficient in antenna array radiator design, both small and large scale.
- Skilled in full-wave electromagnetic simulations.
- Hands-on experience with MATLAB, Python, or C for modeling tasks.
- Expertise in RF and mixed-signal PCB design.
- Dynamic team player with strong collaboration capabilities.
- Over a decade of pertinent RF engineering experience.
- U.S. citizenship required.

**This full-time role is based in our office in Berthoud, Colorado, requiring on-site presence.**
