Are you an enterprising, innately curious strategic thinker who cuts through the noise, learns new domains fast, and distills complexity into clear, concise action using the latest technology? Someone who combines program management, data fluency, business analysis, and content strategy to multiply impact?

We"re looking for a growth-minded Sr. RFx Automation Manager who combines business acumen, critical thinking, and customer obsession to deliver high-impact automation and tooling. The AWS RFx Orchestration and Content Services (ROCS) team sits within the Private Pricing Programs & Experiences (3PX) team, where we build scalable, self-service tools and automation that enable independent RFx responses and partner with AWS Sales and subject-matter experts to deliver compliant, strategic RFx responses. You"ll own the intersection of process, data, content, and automation; orchestrating responses today while building the mechanisms and tooling that eliminate the need for manual orchestration tomorrow. This is a builder role. You think in systems and mechanisms, always looking for ways to automate, scale self-service, and eliminate toil while maintaining a high bar for deliverables. You work back from internal and external customers" needs to define, prioritize, and deliver on time, in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist and self-learner with strong personal momentum and critical judgment. You communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You proactively improve the consistency, automation, and integration between your team"s solutions and related systems. You"re energized by emerging technologies and can self-drive gaining depth to go from learning to execution quickly.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Scale self-service capabilities so sellers can generate compliant responses independently

  2. Own and improve the end-to-end RFx response process, including intake, prioritization, cross-team coordination, and delivery

  3. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, inform prioritization, and measure the impact of automation and process changes

  4. Build and maintain data pipelines or integrations connecting content repositories, CRM, and response tools

  5. Identify manual processes ripe for automation; design and build (or partner with engineering to build) programmatic solutions

  6. Leverage AI/ML tools, including agentic AI, generative AI, and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate content assembly, quality checks, and routing

  7. Own the content architecture: taxonomy, governance, freshness, and discoverability of reusable RFx content (boilerplate, case studies, technical narratives)

  8. Improve content integration across systems (knowledge bases, content management platforms, response tools)

Amazon.com Inc

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
