The Senior Risk Management Analyst serves as a subject matter expert within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function, providing oversight, mentorship, and strategic input across key risk programs. This role is responsible for leading complex projects within ERM, Compliance Monitoring, or Delegation Oversight, ensuring that risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities are executed with precision and consistency. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the organization''s risk maturity, promoting accountability across the first and second lines of defense, and aligning enterprise practices to recognized frameworks and regulatory standards.

Own risk management projects and initiatives within assigned program areas (ERM, Compliance Monitoring, or Delegation Oversight), ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements. Serve as first-level reviewer for risk deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency with ERM methodology and reporting standards. Design, facilitate, and conduct risk workshops and assessments with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior management. Translate complex risk data into actionable insights through dashboards, KRIs, and executive-level presentations. Develop and enhance ERM tools, templates, and methodologies to improve consistency and scalability. Partner with business leaders to integrate risk considerations into strategic planning, project execution, and performance monitoring. Provide risk management training, coaching and feedback to different business areas to enhance the organization's risk posture and risk culture. Support the implementation of new regulatory or framework requirements across ERM and related functions. Coordinate cross-functional reviews of risk mitigation plans and report on progress to leadership.
