This role will partner closely with business leaders to assess risk, support audit activities, analyze trends, and provide executive-level reporting and recommendations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple high-priority projects independently while working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesAssisting first-line business partners with completing privacy impact assessmentsCoordinating and executing audits with third-party auditorsManaging several high-priority projects with little to no supervisionPresenting risk reports to the Chief Risk Officer and other members of senior leadershipApplying risk management experience to analyze data and trends and convert findings into consumable executive summaries and dashboardsCoaching and mentoring junior team members as neededPartnering with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and enterprise risksSupporting the development and enhancement of risk management processes and controlsMonitoring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsRequirementsMinimum of five years of experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, or auditDemonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperienced in presenting information and risk findings to executive leadershipAbility to analyze data, trends, and operational risks to provide actionable recommendationsStrong expertise in creating executive summaries, dashboards, and reporting materialsConfident communicator both verbally and in writingProven ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExperienced in collaborating effectively across business units and leadership teamsBachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related fieldFlexible WorkingAt Conduent, we value individuality and flexible working arrangements.
