Description We're seeking an experienced risk and legal professional to manage the corporate representative program for Last Mile. In this role, you will represent Amazon in legal proceedings and manage the corporate representative program by building and managing a roster of corporate representatives. Key job responsibilities - Serve as corporate representative in depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings - Gain comprehensive knowledge of Last Mile operations, policies, and procedures - Work directly with Counsel to prepare for proceedings - Review and verify discovery responses and corporate documents - Maintain and document current knowledge of operational changes and program evolution - Build and maintain a roster of additional qualified corporate representatives - Lead post-testimony evaluations and improvement initiatives Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience - 5+ years of program or project Management experience - Experience in litigation - Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Strong public speaking and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent - J.D., or Master's degree - Prior experience as a corporate representative Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
