Founded in 1925, the company is celebrating a century of serving employees, clients, partners, and communities.We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Roadway Engineer/Project Manager to support our Gulf Region located in Mississippi and/or Tennessee. Candidates should be based in or open to relocating to Mississippi or Tennessee.What you'll be doingProvide plan review and project management for DOT and local municipal projectsCoordinate project activities, schedules, and reporting for assigned workPrepare, issue, and track project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and client approvalsDevelop correspondence and documentation for clients, vendors, and regulatory agenciesSupport project financial processes, including invoices and purchase ordersPrepare and edit meeting minutes, reports, and presentationsAssist with project submittals and bidding activitiesProvide technical and administrative support to the project teamSupport client relationships and contribute to business development with local municipalitiesWhat you need to haveBS in Civil Engineering from an accredited four‑year college or university10+ years of experience in roadway designPrevious DOT experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseProven ability to meet DOT standards, schedules, and budgetsProficiency in OpenRoads (Geopak experience preferred)Strong knowledge of DOT design methods, standards, and specificationsDemonstrated experience managing medium to large, multi‑office or concurrent projectsAbility to pass a pre‑employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environmentValid driver's license and a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)Bonus points if you haveStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven leadership, mentoring, and client management experienceKey BenefitsEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Medical, Dental & Vision401(k) retirement savings plan + employer matchingPaid Time Off (PTO) and holidaysEmployer-Paid Life/AD&D insuranceEmployer-Paid short‑term disability and long‑term disabilityWellness incentivesStudent Debt Retirement MatchAdditional voluntary benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
