Senior Roadway Project Manager Key Responsibilities
Manage complex design projects and ensure cross-discipline coordination. Balance personnel utilization with professional development opportunities. Supervise, guide, and mentor junior-level design staff. Handle comprehensive project management and budget duties. Support firm growth by expanding clients and service offerings. Lead proposal and presentation preparation alongside marketing teams. Maintain exceptional client relationships and satisfaction levels. Participate actively in local professional engineering affiliations. Senior Roadway Project Manager Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE). Professional Engineer (PE) License registered in Indiana. Minimum of 15 years of experience in roadway design. Expertise in conceptual, preliminary, and final plan production. Strong familiarity with Indiana DOT details and design guidelines. Prior experience managing an engineering group or department.
