DRMP is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help shape the future of our growing roadway practice across Florida. This is an opportunity to build on an already successful foundation, strengthen key client relationships, mentor talented engineers, and play a meaningful role in delivering some of the state's most impactful transportation projects.


Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll help drive strategic pursuits, support major clients including FDOT and municipalities, and position our practice for continued long-term growth.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include


  • Support Strategic Growth
    • Partner with client managers to strengthen relationships and expand existing contracts
    • Help identify and position targeted opportunities aligned with DRMP’s growth strategy
    • Contribute to pursuit planning and market positioning efforts
  • Contribute to Winning Work
    • Support and help lead proposal development, Letters of Response, and interviews
    • Participate in capture planning and teaming strategies for key pursuits
    • Bring insight and perspective that improves our competitiveness
  • Lead Project Delivery
    • Serve as Project Manager for complex roadway projects
    • Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality
    • Coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Strengthen the Team
    • Mentor project managers and junior staff
    • Support a collaborative environment that builds on existing team strengths
    • Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing
  • Deliver Quality
    • Reinforce DRMP’s reputation through consistent, high-quality deliverables
    • Provide guidance that supports both technical excellence and client satisfaction

What you'll need


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (PE required)
  • 15–20+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience
  • Experience managing FDOT and/or municipal roadway projects
  • Familiarity with Florida transportation market and procurement processes
  • Experience supporting proposals and client development efforts
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
