  • Transition smoothly from sales support to post-sale project execution.
  • Travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and training

Requirements

  • Strong welding knowledge and the ability to speak confidently using welding terminology and shop-floor language.
  • Experience interpreting weld prints and weld details.
  • Hands-on or close exposure to MIG or TIG welding

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania or the Indianapolis area.
  • Strong soft skills for customer-facing technical sales support.

  • 3–5+ years of relevant technical experience in welding/automation environments.

Compensation/Benefits

  • Competitive base salary $100K-$120K with commission structure (more salary-focused initially than pure sales engineer roles, with increasing commission potential over time) OTE - $300K-$400K
  • Company-provided benefits and tools: company car, company credit card, laptop, and phone.
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Significant investment in training, including vendor training on two robot brands and extensive shadowing with the team.
  • Long-term career growth opportunities in a growing robotics division.
