Position: Senior RPA Business Analyst
- Core Responsibilities:
- Seasoned RPA Business Analyst with experience delivering approximately 15–20 PDDs.
- Strong understanding of all phases of the RPA Business Life Cycle.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and document pain points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Design automated workflows that improve business efficiency and align with organizational requirements.
- Create comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and supporting process documentation.
- Work closely with RPA developers to oversee successful implementation of bots and automation solutions.
- Validate automation solutions to ensure outcomes meet defined business goals and requirements.
- Support change management activities and facilitate stakeholder adoption of automated processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed as-is and to-be process maps.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Effectively communicate with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ensure RPA initiatives align with broader business objectives.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in RPA Business Analysis.
- Proven experience delivering approximately 10–20 PDDs.
- Strong knowledge of the complete RPA Business Life Cycle.
- Proficiency in UiPath and RPA tools/methodologies.
- Excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience creating as-is and to-be process maps.
- Strong requirements gathering and process analysis experience.
- Ability to effectively interact with business and technical teams.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of how automation supports business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- RPA professional certification(s) preferred.
