Senior Sales Administrator

Our Client, a Truck and Engine Manufacturing company, is looking for a Senior Sales Administrator for their Wyomissing ,PA/ Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• Provides timely and effective administrative support within the Sales function.
• Handle New Order Processing and OCR Revisions -Manage the entry and revision of new orders, ensuring revisions are submitted and updated accurately.
• Submit Work Orders to TSC-Coordinate with TSC for all post-production activities by submitting accurate and timely work orders.
• Ensure Order Documentation and Pricing Accuracy - Maintain accurate documentation and pricing to support timely and correct invoice processing.
• Prepare and Deliver Reports - Create and present both leadership and customer-facing reports as requested.

Requirements:

• Organization & Time Management - Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
• Communication Skills - Professional verbal and written communication for coordination within the Sales function.
• Attention to Detail - Critical for managing documentation and order accuracy.
• Order Management Systems Proficiency
• High School diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of sales administration or customer service experience
