Job Description
Our Client, a Truck and Engine Manufacturing company, is looking for a Senior Sales Administrator for their Wyomissing ,PA/ Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:- Provides timely and effective administrative support within the Sales function.
- Handle New Order Processing and OCR Revisions -Manage the entry and revision of new orders, ensuring revisions are submitted and updated accurately.
- Submit Work Orders to TSC-Coordinate with TSC for all post-production activities by submitting accurate and timely work orders.
- Ensure Order Documentation and Pricing Accuracy - Maintain accurate documentation and pricing to support timely and correct invoice processing.
- Prepare and Deliver Reports - Create and present both leadership and customer-facing reports as requested.
Requirements:- Organization & Time Management – Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- Communication Skills – Professional verbal and written communication for coordination within the Sales function.
- Attention to Detail – Critical for managing documentation and order accuracy.
- Order Management Systems Proficiency
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of sales administration or customer service experience
