Our insurance agency has multiple locations in Kansas and we are excited to be expanding into Fort Scott area! Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
  • Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Sales Advisor.
  • Strong product knowledge across all lines (auto, home, life, health, umbrella, specialty)
