In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex client relationships, driving sales growth, and mentoring junior team members. Manage and develop a portfolio of clients by providing tailored insurance solutions
Lead sales presentations and consultations with prospective and existing clients
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales associates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM systems
