• Passion for interior design, decorating, or architecture
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• Organized and detail-oriented 
• Comfortable learning product specifications and installation requirements
• Motivated, self-driven, and coachable
• Ability to present ideas confidently to homeowners and clients
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to climb a ladder and take overhead measurements.
