Experience selling e-commerce SaaS, personalization engines, or other subscription-based tech.
Familiarity with selling into marketing, product, or e-commerce leadership teams.
Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through qualification, discovery calls, product demos, and closing deals.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using a creative mix of outbound channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, email) and inbound interest.
Understand customer pain points and clearly articulate the value of Malachyte’s AI-driven personalization solution in addressing them.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (CEO, Product, Engineering) to move opportunities forward and ensure customer success.
Leverage modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar) to manage outreach, track activity, measure results, and optimize the process.
Be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment where speed and creativity matter.
2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong quota-carrying background.
Demonstrated success in building relationships, running discovery, handling objections, and closing deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to own projects end-to-end while thriving in a collaborative culture.
