Senior Sales Development Representative (Outbound)

Location Plano, TX | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 weekday remote)


COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Starting $55,000 (performance-based increase to $60K after ~6 months)

• OTE $75,000–$80,000 (uncapped - commission paid monthly, with earnings above ~$20K paid at year end)

• Full-time, 40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

• W2 employment


ROLE IMPACT

As a Senior Sales Development Representative (Outbound), you will drive qualified pipeline by executing disciplined, high-volume prospecting that converts into real opportunities for the outside sales team. This is a performance-driven role for confident, high-energy communicators who can clearly articulate their sales process, defend their metrics, and engage decision-makers professionally. Success is measured not just by meetings set, but by meetings that convert into legitimate sales opportunities.


Responsibilities

• Execute structured outbound prospecting (~45 calls per day / ~200 per week) supported by targeted email outreach and research

• Qualify leads using defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and clearly document next steps in CRM

• Prioritize outreach based on territory strategy, account potential, and likelihood to convert

• Schedule high-quality in-person and virtual meetings that advance into true pipeline for outside sales

• Maintain accurate CRM records (customer relationship management system), tracking activity, follow-ups, and conversion metrics


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year B2B outbound cold calling experience with the ability to speak specifically about quotas, KPIs, pipeline management, and objection handling

• Demonstrated success operating in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment

• Strong executive presence with the ability to clearly explain sales process, lead qualification strategy, and current role responsibilities without relying on generic answers


EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Onsite sales floor environment four days per week; one remote weekday (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)

• Standard office setting with extended periods of sitting, phone outreach, and computer-based prospecting

• Use of CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite), sales intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo), LinkedIn, and manual research for outbound targeting

• Fast-paced, KPI-driven culture with visible performance expectations


PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience balancing outbound prospecting with light account management or customer communication

• Track record of converting cold outreach into face-to-face meetings

• Comfortable delivering structured presentations in interview or client-facing settings
