Job Description
Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead sales strategy, support team performance, develop new business opportunities, and help drive revenue growth. This position is designed for an experienced sales leader who can balance team leadership with strategic business development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the sales organization
- Develop sales strategies and performance goals
- Coach and mentor sales team members
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and overall performance
- Identify opportunities to improve sales results
- Build relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
- Support complex or high-value sales opportunities
- Work with company leadership on growth initiatives
- Help improve sales processes, training, and reporting
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent as needed
Qualifications
- Previous sales leadership experience
- Strong coaching and team-development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience managing sales goals and performance
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Organized, analytical, and results-focused
- Ability to lead both strategy and day-to-day execution
Compensation
Annual salary of $75,000–$95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
