Build trusted relationships with customers and prospects, serving as their primary technical advisor throughout the evaluation process.

Deliver compelling, value-driven product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements and business outcomes.

Lead technical discovery with security, IT, messaging, data protection, and AI compliance teams.

Plan, execute, and manage Proofs of Concept, production evaluations, and technical validation activities.

Develop expertise across key areas including email security, advanced threat protection, data security, cloud collaboration security, AI governance, and agentic AI security.

Senior-Level Responsibilities

Experience in an externally customer-facing technical role, preferably within cybersecurity.

Strong knowledge of email security, data security, cloud/SaaS platforms, email infrastructure, networking, endpoint security, NOC/SOC operations, MSP environments, or related cybersecurity domains.

Experience positioning platform-based solutions and connecting technical capabilities to business value.

A consultative approach to problem solving and the ability to guide customers through complex technical decisions.

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.

A positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and a collaborative mindset.

IT security, vulnerability management, risk assessments, security operations, and policy enforcement.

Data Loss Prevention, compliance, privacy, and data governance.

Enterprise email platforms such as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Lotus Domino, or equivalent environments.

SMTP, mail routing, and message transfer agents such as Postfix, Sendmail, or similar technologies.
