A leading national commercial lessor is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a strong focus on Fair Market Value (FMV) leasing to drive growth across OEM and vendor channels. This role is centered on originating and structuring FMV transactions within material handling, forklifts, warehouse automation, and robotics, supporting Fortune 1000 end-users.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive new business originations with a primary focus on FMV lease structures, targeting enterprise/ Fortune 1000 clients
Build and expand OEM, dealer, and vendor relationships within assigned territory
Partner with sales channels to position FMV as a strategic financing solution
Structure and negotiate complex transactions with strong attention to pricing, residuals, and risk
Collaborate with credit to execute deals efficiently and profitably
Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently exceed production targets
QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years in equipment finance with deep FMV leasing experience
Background in vendor or direct sales models
Proven success working with OEMs and dealer networks
Strong understanding of residuals, pricing strategy, and deal structuring
Track record of originating and closing large transactions
COMPENSATION AND WORK ARRANGEMENT
Base: $135K $150K
OTE: $300K $400K+ (uncapped)
