Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Senior Sales Executive to lead sales initiatives, close complex deals, and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing key client relationships and mentoring junior team members, with the freedom to work remotely and earn on a 100% commission basis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts targeting new and existing clients to meet revenue goals

  • Develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively

  • Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and value

  • Mentor and support junior sales associates to enhance team performance

Requirements
