Senior Sales Executive - Sports & Retail

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE | SPORTS & RETAIL ACCOUNTS

Location: Elizabeth, NJ

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to grow an existing portfolio of accounts while aggressively developing new business opportunities nationwide.

This is not an account maintenance role. We are looking for a true sales hunter who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and closing business.

What You'll Do:

• Grow and expand existing customer accounts through strategic sales initiatives
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the sports and retail marketplace
• Develop relationships with buyers and key decision-makers
• Sell licensed sports merchandise, fan accessories, and consumer products
• Target sporting goods retailers, professional and collegiate team stores, stadium and arena retailers, specialty retailers, and regional and national chains
• Present seasonal programs, new product launches, promotions, and licensed collections
• Reactivate dormant accounts and uncover additional opportunities within existing customers
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve aggressive growth objectives

What We're Looking For:

• Proven success growing revenue and opening new accounts
• Experience selling licensed sports merchandise, sporting goods, fan apparel, accessories, consumer products, or related categories
• Existing buyer relationships within sports retail, team stores, stadium/arena retail, sporting goods retailers, or major retail channels strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of professional and collegiate sports, teams, leagues, fan bases, and the sports retail environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter mentality with a relentless drive to win new business

Competitive Salary - Base + Commission - 110K to 125K + commission
