Burlington Building Materials Inc is expanding.
We are seeking a Senior Sales & Hardscape / Outdoor Division Lead to establish and grow our outdoor and hardscape product division across the DFW market.
This is a leadership-level opportunity for a highly connected, entrepreneurial sales professional who understands the hardscape industry and is ready to build a division with strong operational and financial backing.

Burlington Building Materials Inc operates premium showroom concepts including:
• Burlington Design Gallery
• Amara Stone & Tile Boutique (Dallas Design District)
We specialize in high-end surfaces, natural stone, and design-driven materials, serving architects, designers, builders, and fabricators.
Your Role
You will lead the development, strategy, and revenue growth of our Hardscape & Outdoor division.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and expand relationships with:
- Hardscape contractors
- Pool builders
- Landscape architects & designers
- Custom home builders
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for outdoor products
• Drive sales growth through both existing accounts and new client acquisition
• Collaborate with leadership on product sourcing, pricing, and inventory strategy
• Represent the company in the field and at industry events
• Establish Burlington as a go-to supplier for premium outdoor materials
What We’re Looking For
• 7–15+ years of experience in:
- Hardscape products
- Outdoor materials
- Stone, pavers, porcelain, or related categories
• Strong existing network in the DFW market
• Proven track record of sales performance and relationship building
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership capability
• Deep understanding of the local competitive landscape
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
