Senior Sales Manager

As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible, in conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing, for the management, coordination, and execution of items related to the sales operation of the hotel, including all sales solicitation efforts for all market segments.

What will you be doing?

• Prospect, develop, and grow new business through calls, emails, networking, and in-person sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through site visits, property tours, and regular follow-up.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and community functions to generate business opportunities.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, contracts, and sales agreements in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate events and account details to ensure successful execution and exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to communicate client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned sales goals and performance targets.
• Participate in sales, operational, and management meetings to support business objectives and team success.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting team members while contributing to departmental initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting spaces, brand standards, and company policies to effectively serve clients and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Estimate: 70K-80K
