Position SummaryDMP is hiring a Senior Sales & Marketing Coordinator (SSMC) to fulfill several missions. With cross‑functional support from senior Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, Product, and Program team members, the SSMC will support the following areas.Sales operations, including sales planning and accounts payable/accounts receivable supportCustomer and partner engagement, including quote support and contract review supportMarket research, marketing communications, and trade event supportOther duties based on achievements and business needs, evolving as requiredMain Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales OperationsCoordinate and support departmental projects to ensure alignment with established financial targets and timelinesSales planning: Salesforce system owner for opportunity forecasting; coordinate with sales and business planningSales support for quote & contract review, business cases, contract life‑cycle; coordinate with sales and program managementSales support for accounts payable & accounts receivable activity in sales & marketing areas; coordinate with purchasing and accountingSales support for ISO‑certification auditsAccount plan support: development and maintenance of account plansInside SalesServe as a key liaison with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, supporting high satisfaction with DMP products and services while building credible, effective, and reliable relationships through integrity, teamwork, accountability, and ownershipCommunicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders; document customer interactions and convey requirements clearlySupport issue resolution and automotive industry problem‑solving by coordinating with appropriate team members as needs ariseAssist the DMP account team with proposals and related activities to support revenue growth opportunitiesMarketingConduct market research, studying technologies, key performance indicators, and automotive market information to assist in the development of proposals, external announcements, and internal communicationsTransform market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape into product messaging and communicationsSupport development of marketing collateral: create compelling sales & marketing materials such as presentations, digital maps, physical collateral, social media content, and trade event collateral; support product demos, POCs, and trade events as neededProvide assistance with marketing communications: work closely with marketing, product management, and sales to develop product messaging, collateral and announcements for trade events, website, and other internal and external communications; provide project support for trade events as directed; support other core marketing activities as directedSkills, Qualifications and AssetsBachelor's degree required; preferred majors include Data Science, Communications, and Business.
