POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to focus on selling elevator modernization and new installation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand our customer base. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with customers, and a results-driven approach.

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in elevator modernization and new installation services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within the elevator industry.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the elevator sector.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals specifically related to elevator services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to potential customers in the elevator industry.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competition, and market changes within the elevator sector.
  • Meet established sales targets for elevator modernization and new installations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous work experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, specifically in elevator modernization and new installations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the elevator industry and attend relevant industry conferences and events.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Working knowledge in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes in the elevator industry.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $111,200 and $152,900/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions based on achieving individual performance and/or sales metrics, incentive compensation and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these additional compensation and benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
