The Senior Sales Representative - Services at Landmark Structures will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. This individual will not only provide technical expertise but also possess the ability to manage full-cycle sales and long-term asset management programs directly with municipal water utilities. Strong technical writing skills, experience with municipalities, and preferably an engineering degree will be essential in this role. With a strong presence in the industry, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients.
Essential Functions:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience
Proven experience in technical sales, particularly within the industrial equipment or infrastructure sectors
5+ years of successful, progressive experience in complex technical sales in water treatment, asset management or municipal sectors.
Experience working with municipalities and government entities.
Strong ability to produce technical white papers and documentation.
High competency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and CRM platforms.
Strategic thinking and ability to use data to guide decision-making.
Highly motivated and capable of focused intent to achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
Willingness to adapt to a dynamic market environment and evolve sales strategies accordingly.
Lead collaborative, cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle.
Build trust with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Commitment to upholding high standards of business conduct and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
