claimants through the final steps of the recovery process.

This is a senior-level position designed for a confident communicator who can step in when

a claim has stalled, a claimant has become unresponsive, or additional credibility and

reassurance are required to move the process forward.

You will take ownership of complex cases and lead them to resolution.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review stalled or unresponsive claims and develop a strategic re-engagement plan

for hot, warm and cols leads in Client Care Coordinator (CCC) Campaign, Email

Campaign and/or Complex Claim Campaign.

• Address skepticism, compliance concerns, and objections with clarity and

professionalism.

• Serve as the senior voice of authority when additional credibility is needed.

2. Strategic Research & Verification

• Conduct targeted research to confirm claimant identity, heirship, and asset linkage.

• Utilize verified databases and public records to support due diligence efforts.

• Collaborate with genealogists and internal research teams to ensure accuracy and

defensibility of claims.

3. Advanced Outreach & Closing

• Re-establish communication with claimants using a consultative, trust-based

approach.

• Clearly explain contingency agreements, documentation requirements, and the

recovery process.

• Guide claimants through execution of legal documents and ensure timely

completion.

• Convert hesitant or skeptical prospects into signed agreements while maintaining

full transparency.

4. CRM & Process Integrity

• Maintain detailed documentation of outreach efforts and case notes.

• Ensure seamless handoffs between sales, research, and claims processing teams.

“Rightfully Returning Assets”

• Identify patterns in objections and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales closing, negotiations, investigative research, or a

related field.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex objections and skeptical clients with

professionalism.

• Strong communication skills with executive presence and credibility.

• Comfort working with CRM systems, research tools, and investigative databases.

• High ethical standards and commitment to contingency-based transparency.

• Ability to operate independently while collaborating across departments.

IDEAL PROFILE:

• Calm under pressure

• Persistent without being aggressive

• Analytical yet persuasive
