About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Salesforce Administrator to serve as a key steward of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you'll own platform stability, scalability, and usability-balancing day-to-day operational support with strategic enhancements that move the business forward.

You'll thrive here if you enjoy untangling complex problems, improving systems through thoughtful configuration, and supporting a steady stream of users who rely on Salesforce to do their best work. • Design, configure, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, custom objects, and page layouts.
  • Configure and support Salesforce Field Service, including Field Service Mobile (FSM), ensuring optimal usability for field technicians and alignment with operational workflows.
  • Actively monitor platform health and performance, proactively recommending improvements to automation, stability, and user experience.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as an advanced support resource for Salesforce-related issues, resolving complex cases through structured investigation and root-cause analysis.
  • Function as an escalation point for high-impact or technically challenging problems, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide high-volume end user support, managing a steady intake of requests across multiple business
