Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce AI Architect to drive scalable AI adoption and business
transformation across the Salesforce ecosystem. The role focuses on delivering AI-enabled
business outcomes while defining enterprise architecture standards, governance, and integration
patterns aligned with broader AI strategy.
Key Responsibilities
" Partner with GCP AI and enterprise architecture teams on AI strategy and roadmap.
" Align Salesforce AI capabilities with enterprise AI initiatives and evaluate build-vs-buy decisions.
" Deliver AI use cases across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
" Architect solutions using Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, Flow
Automation, and MuleSoft.
" Design reusable AI frameworks for CRM workflows, automation, copilots, and customer
engagement.
" Integrate Salesforce securely with enterprise AI services, APIs, and platforms.
" Define responsible AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
" Enable engineering teams with standards, templates, and operational best practices.
Required Qualifications
" 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and platform engineering experience.
" Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and
Salesforce platform architecture.
" Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and Data Cloud.
" Experience designing enterprise CRM solutions and AI/GenAI adoption strategies.
" Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
" Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
" Experience integrating with GCP Vertex AI, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
" Familiarity with AI orchestration, RAG, copilots, and conversational AI.
" Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives and cross-platform collaboration.
