A Massachusetts public-sector organization is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer to help support and enhance several critical enterprise initiatives. This is a contract opportunity through June 2027, with the potential for annual renewal, and requires just one day per week onsite in Everett, MA. The team is looking for a well-rounded Salesforce professional with strong hands-on experience across Salesforce Development, OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Experience Cloud, integrations, and platform architecture.
This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to have a real voice in how Salesforce solutions are built and improved. Rather than simply taking requirements and turning them into tickets, you’ll help assess existing solutions, work through the best technical approach, and contribute to the long-term direction of the platform. You’ll partner with both technical and business stakeholders, work with vendor-developed solutions, and have the opportunity to improve and modernize a large-scale Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable jumping between development, configuration, solution design, and architecture while knowing when to challenge an existing approach.
