  • Workflow and automation logic (Flows, approvals, triggers where applicable)
  • Data model impacts and field-level details
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to ensure requirements are understood and feasible
  • Support release planning by clarifying requirements, priorities, and dependencies
  • Test and validate Salesforce configuration, workflows, and automation against defined acceptance criteria
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, and issue resolution
  • Act as the primary liaison between business teams and Power BI developers for Salesforce-based analytics
  • Produce clear technical hand-off documentation for analytics teams
  • Filtering, security, and data refresh requirements
  • Validate Power BI datasets, dashboards, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business expectations
  • Ensure consistency between Salesforce configuration and downstream analytics output
  • Intake and assess Salesforce-related requests from multiple business teams
  • Support prioritization of requests based on business value, urgency, effort, and platform impact
  • Maintain visibility into the Salesforce backlog, request status, and delivery timeline
  • Communicate priorities, progress, blockers, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of TAIT’s Salesforce data model and reporting architecture
  • Identify data quality issues, gaps, or inconsistencies impacting workflows or reporting
  • Work with platform and business teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data governance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 7+ years of experience in a Salesforce Analyst or similar
  • Strong experience documenting business and functional requirements for Salesforce platforms
