We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s). Schwab Technology Services enables the future of how clients manage their money by providing innovative and reliable technology products and services as part of our ongoing commitment to democratize access to investing and financial planning.

As a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in advancing Schwab Asset Management's Salesforce ecosystem and the business capabilities that support wealth management, asset management, advisor enablement, client servicing, and operational excellence. You will drive alignment among diverse stakeholders, facilitate informed decision-making, and ensure that requirements are clearly defined and traceable throughout the delivery lifecycle. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, assess business impacts, and balance short-term priorities with long-term platform health will directly influence the success of key technology initiatives.

You will be part of an Agile team environment where collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement are highly valued. By partnering closely with product owners, engineers, architects, and business leaders, you will contribute to the delivery of intuitive, scalable, and compliant Salesforce solutions while helping to shape best practices, mentor team members, and support ongoing modernization efforts. This is an opportunity to make meaningful contributions to a strategic platform while growing your expertise in a highly visible and impactful area of the organization.
