We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst for our client in the Everett, MA, area.  This is a Hybrid Role requiring 1 day / week in the office.

Please Note: No corp-to-corp, subcontracting or visa sponsorship is available for this position. 

This individual will support critical enterprise Salesforce initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders, project managers, Salesforce administrators, architects, and development teams to analyze business needs, improve operational processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized professional with exceptional analytical, communication, and facilitation skills who can effectively bridge business and technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through Salesforce solutions.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.

  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to develop effective Salesforce solutions.

  • Work through all phases of systems analysis while considering the business and technical implications of technology solutions for current and future business environments.

  • Formulate and define project scope, business objectives, and system requirements.

  • Develop and modify business process documentation, workflows, and functional documentation.

  • Create process improvements by integrating new business processes with existing operations and communicating changes to end users.

  • Facilitate the successful delivery of technical business solutions by working closely with project managers, developers, architects, and Salesforce administrators.

  • Evaluate business and user needs, recommend technical solutions, and support implementation efforts.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend quality enhancement initiatives.

  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and solution adoption activities as needed.
Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Analyst supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or enterprise Salesforce initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, systems analysis, and business process improvement.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements analysis sessions, stakeholder workshops, JAD sessions, and cross-functional meetings.

  • Experience working with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business value, risks, dependencies, and project constraints.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical, scalable business solutions.

  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay $60 - $64.25 / hour W2 depending on experience
