Were hiring a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect who can design and deliver enterprise-grade Data Cloud solutions and walk into a client conversation and own it: Half deep technical delivery, half commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions — ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation

• Design scalable data models, governance frameworks, and integration patterns across real-time and batch pipelines

• Lead technical integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem and third-party platforms

• Build and optimize Tableau dashboards that turn complex data into clear business decisions

• Define analytics strategies aligned to client use cases — customer 360, marketing performance, sales intelligence

• Partner with sales and GTM teams on pre-sales, demos, and RFP responses — you move deals forward, not just answer technical questions

• Act as a trusted client advisor on data transformation strategy and the Salesforce Data Cloud roadmap youll serve as the senior technical point of contact for 1–2 strategic accounts

• Build reusable accelerators and solution frameworks that sharpen every pursuit

• Play the part of a senior individual contributor with informal leadership of 3–5 architects per engagement - you will mentor architects, engineers, and analysts and contribute to EPAMs Data Cloud thought leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years in data architecture, analytics, or the Salesforce ecosystem

• Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud — identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation

• Experience with enterprise data architecture — CDM, dimensional modeling, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines

• Proven track record in client-facing roles — pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting

• A player-coach mindset: youll be expected to both design architecture and write/review actual Data Cloud configurations and SQL-based calculated insights

Nice to have

• Salesforce ecosystem experience across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS/GCP/Azure

• AI/ML exposure within customer data platforms

• Industry experience in media, sports, financial services, or consumer goods

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Data 360 Consultant Certifications
