About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer (OmniStudio Specialist) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development along with hands-on experience in OmniStudio (Vlocity).

OmniStudio experience and certification are highly preferred. Candidates holding multiple Salesforce certifications will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures) and SOQL.
• Develop highly interactive user experiences using Lightning Web Components and OmniStudio components.
• Design and customize Salesforce applications following best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation while maintaining platform performance.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain high test coverage, and follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and coding standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 8+ years of total IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
