Senior Salesforce Developer / Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Senior Full Stack Developer to support existing custom Salesforce applications and participate in the SDLC for the new CT-KIND system.

The selected candidate will work under agency management and participate in requirements verification, design, development, testing, maintenance, application support, and production support activities.

The developer will support existing Salesforce applications, participate in the development and implementation of the CT-KIND system, and work closely with the System Integrator for knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements, design, development, testing, maintenance, and support.
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications.
• Support the implementation of the new CT-KIND system.
• Work closely with the System Integrator during implementation.
• Support knowledge transfer from the System Integrator to the agency development team.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for assigned CT-KIND modules.
• Develop Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with project, technical, and agency teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience preferred/required by candidate profile.
• Minimum 5 years Salesforce Development experience is mandatory.
• Strong Salesforce development and custom application experience.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using Apex.
• Experience across multiple phases of the SDLC.
• Experience with application development, testing, maintenance, and support.
• Ability to work effectively with System Integrators and internal technical teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be local to the Hartford, CT area and available for weekly onsite work.
• Must be available for F2F interview.
