Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support enterprise-level Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL). This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional business and technical teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce professional with strong development, integration, and platform customization experience in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
  • Configure and customize Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Quotes, Cases, Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling Policies
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Flows
  • Build and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools
  • Support Omnichannel Routing, CTI integrations, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and SLA processes
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce Field Service mobile solutions and scheduling functionality
  • Participate in code reviews, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support
  • Maintain platform security, data integrity, and system performance best practices
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and offshore/onshore technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • SOQL/SOSL
    • Visualforce
    • Salesforce Flow
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as Boomi or MuleSoft
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets
  • Experience with deployment and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Azure DevOps
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
